How to Order an
Apartment Re-Planning?
Your Wishes for the Development
Fill out our questionnaire with questions so that we take into account all your wishes. Send us a plan with dimensions from the developer, or draw by the hand.
Order Payment
We work on 100% prepayment. After placing your order, we will send you an online invoice (Fondy payment system or PayPal). When placing an order on the site, we conclude a public offer agreement, where the conditions for the provision of services are spelled out.
Planning Development
Based on the completed questionnaire and the provided plan with dimensions, we make three variants of the redevelopment (plan with furniture arrangement) in 5 working days.
Making Edits
We understand that choosing is a tricky thing. Therefore, we provide the opportunity to make edits to the selected option. “Making Changes” is one email with the maximum number of requests for the selected option. In this e-mail, you can indicate an unlimited number of wishes, varying in complexity: from very small wishes (for example, to move the bed by 10 cm) to very significant wishes (for example, to move the kitchen to the other end of the apartment, which is tantamount to redoing the entire layout again), but all these wishes should be indicated in one email. It will take us up to 5 working days to make changes.
Important! We ask you to send a letter with corrections no later than 2 weeks after receiving your order. After the expiration of this period, the edits are not considered and the order is considered approved.

I only have a plan from the developer, what is the point in these services if they cannot be accurate?

What are the drawings for the builders for?
